Sapurí
Regenerative Farm & Forest
Nestled in the mountains of Monteverde, Costa Rica, Sapurí is the only place where you can experience breathtaking views, Monteverde’s legendary bio-diversity and learn about the future of regenerative farming.
Carbon Neutral Farm
In collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture (MAG), Sapurí Regenerative Farm & Forest is part of the Costa Rican NAMA (Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions) program since 2020 to evaluate the impact of farming on the emission of greenhouse gases. In 2021 Sapurí was declared Carbon Neutral. Technically we are carbon negative, which means that on a yearly basis the farm sequesters 440 tons more greenhouse gases, then the methane and other greenhouse gases that are produced on the farm. This carbon is stored in our soils and trees, ensuring a positive impact on the planet.

Testimonials
“I got to spend 6 incredible months in Costa Rica, by far one of my favorite times there was the month I spent at Finca Sapuri. Monteverde is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen and getting to live and work on a local farm there was such a privilege. The farm is incredibly beautiful and the people are so kind, I would recommend this experience to anyone interested in regenerative agriculture, Costa Rica, or the environment.”
